Ibanez AEG12II Vintage Mahogany Sunburst

Electro-acoustic guitar from AEG series that features slender, single-cutaway AEG body shape and delivers powerful, balanced acoustic sound. Back, sides and top of the instrument are all made of mahogany, featuring an ivory binding. Top board further features an “X” bracing and abalone rosette. Neck is also made of mahogany and fitted with a rosewood fingerboard with flat radius and 21 frets. Scale length is 635 mm, nut width is 43 mm. The guitar is equipped with the Fishman Sonicore piezo pickup and the Ibanez AEQ-SP1 preamp with on-board tuner that enables easy sonic manipulation, using the 3-band EQ, and features a phase reverse for feedback reduction. Preamp provides a standard 1/4" output and requires 9V battery for operation. Other features include chrome die-cast tuners, rosewood bridge, Ivorex II saddle and string nut and D’Addario EXP16 Coated Phosphor Bronze, Light strings (.012-.053). The bridge is equipped with the Ibanez Advantage bridge pins that are easier to take out and easier to put in than standard pins. A special bulb-shaped end makes the pin easy to grip and also prevents the pin from being pushed in too far. Vintage Mahogany Sunburst colour design with high gloss finish.
