Recommended dosage:As a meal replacement: Mix 60 g (two 60 ml scoops) in 350 ml of water in a shaker or blender until smooth. Replacing one meal a day helps maintain weight after losing weight. Replacing two meals a day contributes to weight loss. As a high protein drink: Mix 30 g (one 60 ml scoop) in 175 ml of water in a shaker or blender until smooth. This portion size is not a meal replacement and should be taken between two meals as a high protein dietary supplement. Consume 1-2 doses daily, immediately after mixing.
