Only order products that are in stock in the e-shop.
If it isn't necessary, do not add an additional note to the order. An additional note stops the automatic processisg of the order and someone has to read and deal with it.
Choose online payment or cash on delivery as the method of payment – it's the fastest. For bank transfers, we have to wait 1-2 days for payment, which at this time before Christmas, is an infinitely long time.
Always enter a mobile number only. The landline is slowly becoming a relic at the museum and couriers are often unable to call. Some couriers reject landlines completely.
If, despite all the good advice, you leave your shopping to the last minute, we only have one last rescue package for you – the accelerated DHL Express service. It is a little more expensive and it doesn't take oversized packages, but it can work wonders a few days before Christmas.
