Ultra-compact and ultra-lightweight full-scale nylon-stringed travel classical guitar that is a part of the Ultra-Light series and features the proprietary In-Body Tuning System which uses standard tuning machines relocated into the body to create a guitar that has a full-scale neck, yet is substantially shorter than full size guitars. The lack of a headstock and a small, ergonomic body allow the guitar to be 20% lighter and 29% shorter than a full size classical, all while preserving the same full-scale playing experience you are used to. Complete with a Shadow acoustic piezo pickup, passive electronics and a standard 6.3mm output, this guitar can be plugged directly into an amplifier or recording device. The lap rest is detachable for easy transport, so guitar and bag fit easily in any airline overhead compartment. And, since the guitar weighs less than 1.5 kg and is only 73 cm long, it can be taken anywhere. The body and the neck are both made of Eastern American hard maple and feature a neck-through-body construction. The neck is fitted with an ebonized rosewood fingerboard with side dot inlays and 22 medium frets. Scale length is 628.65 mm, nut width is 49.3 mm.
