Electro-acoustic cutaway soprano ukulele from Regent series that has been carefully designed with spruce top and mahogany back and sides to deliver an open sound and response with good projection, volume and fine tone. It is constructed with a dovetail neck joint connecting at 12th fret level for optimal strength and transfer of energy between the mahogany neck and body. The bracing design is a modification on traditional fan style braces to optimize response. The response is also aided by a solid "slotted" rosewood bridge, which enhances projection and helps to make string changes easier and quicker. Other appointments and features include the AUE-20 pickup/preamp with EQ and tuner, 17-fret rosewood fingerboard, real bone nut and saddle, premium chrome closed-back tuners, black ABS binding and Aquila Nylgut strings. Scale length is 344 mm, nut width is 35 mm. Natural colour design with satin finish.
