Skindred is a band from Newport, Wales, recognized for blending heavy metal with reggae and other styles. Since forming in 1998, their high-energy live shows have earned them a strong reputation and awards such as Best Live Band at the Metal Hammer Golden Gods and the Devotion Award at the Kerrang Awards in 2011.
