The Flower Kings

The Flower Kings are a Swedish progressive rock band founded in 1994 by guitarist and songwriter Roine Stolt. Originating as a live backing group for Stolt’s solo work, they quickly evolved into a full-time band. Renowned for their rich symphonic sound reminiscent of classic prog acts like Yes, their music features dynamic contrasts, intricate rhythms, strong basslines, vocal harmonies, abstract lyrics, and epic track lengths. With over sixteen studio albums, The Flower Kings have become a leading force in modern progressive rock.
