The Arturia DrumBrute Impact delivers ten fully analog drum voices paired with a sequencer built for tactile, real-time play. Expect a punchy kick, two snares, toms, cymbal, hats, cowbell, and FM drum—covering the essential palette for modern production without menu-diving.

What Sets the DrumBrute Impact Apart

Modify drive, pitch, filtering, or decay on every voice except cowbell using the Color sound-shaping system. Drum-optimized master distortion can be dialed in or bypassed as needed. If you want to process sounds externally, four group outputs let you route kick, snares, hats, and FM drum out individually.

Each drum voice uses a dedicated analog synthesis circuit, creating a consistent sonic identity across genres from hip-hop to indie. The FM drum operates on a two-operator frequency modulation structure.

Step Sequencing and Performance Tools

Borrowing from the BeatStep lineage, the sequencer supports step-based programming and live recording with eight velocity-sensitive pads. Patterns can reach 64 steps, with flexible track lengths for polyrhythm and variation.
