Product op tijd ontvangen als aangekondigd. Aangezien het niet was zoals ik graag wilde heb ik geretourneerd. Dat ging heel makkelijk, ook toen ik het wilde aanpassen was er gelijk contact via de mail. Product is weer afgehaald en nu onderweg terug.Nog even afwachten hoe het gaat met het refunden van het geld. Maar, ook daar heb ik vertrouwen in.

One thing that did not go well at first was trying to send the order via courier that does not deliver packages at that size. Customer service did good job getting the returned package back to delivery.

I liked the purchase at Muziker because they had good product information on their webpage and pricing was good. The delivery was really fast and the product packed well. Nothing to complain about!

Volevo acquistare un paio di Crocband navy e in agosto l'unico ad avere tutte le misure disponibili ad un prezzo accettabile era questo Muziker. Ero titubante perché non avevo mai comprato in questo negozio e nemmeno nella Slovacchia. Ho fatto l'ordine lo stesso e per la misura 43-44 mi sono basato sulle Crocs infradito che avevo già da tempo. Non sapevo invece che per questo modello Crocband bisognava comprare il numero superiore, come per le infradito brasiliane. Ormai il pacco era stato spedito, ma dopo molte mail sono riuscito a disdire l'ordine. In pratica loro stessi hanno richiamato indietro la spedizione dal corriere dpd. Mentre attendevo il rimborso ho ordinato nuovamente la misura 45-46. Sono arrivate in pochi giorni e fortunatamente sono quelle giuste. Dopo circa 20 giorni dal primo ordine ho avuto il rimborso per intero, compresa la spedizione. La comunicazione con loro è ottima, rispondono in poco tempo alle mail, naturalmente con la traduzione automatica. Nonostante il problema iniziale nel complesso è stata un'ottima esperienza d'acquisto per cui consiglio questo negozio.
