Gorgoroth

Gorgoroth is a black metal band from Bergen, Norway, founded in 1992 by guitarist Infernus, who remains the only original member. Known for their raw sound and Satanic themes, the band has released nine studio albums. Their concerts have sparked controversy due to provocative stage elements like impaled sheep heads and mock crucifixions. The band’s name comes from a dark region in Mordor, inspired by The Lord of the Rings.
