HILS Guitars HN3 NEXT Ivory Headless guitar
The Hils NEXT, presented in satin finish, is a contemporary instrument designed to inspire. The resonant mahogany body provides a warm, balanced tone, while the roasted hard maple neck, finished with a light matte, offers a smooth, fast, and comfortable playing experience. The popular Slim "C" neck profile and 25.5" scale length cater to a wide range of playing styles, and the easily accessible spoke nut double-action truss rod makes neck adjustments a breeze.
The Indian rosewood fingerboard, also boasting a light matte finish, features 24 durable stainless steel frets and a compound 12"-16" radius. This combination allows for effortless string bending higher up the neck and comfortable chording lower down. A bone nut enhances sustain and tuning stability, while the understated 4mm dot inlays provide a clean and classic aesthetic. The titanium locking headpiece, finished in a natural matte, not only looks striking but also ensures your tuning remains rock-solid, even during the most energetic performances.
The Hils NEXT is powered by a versatile HH pickup configuration, with ceramic humbuckers in both the bridge and neck positions, delivering a powerful and dynamic tone suitable for a variety of genres. The intuitive control layout consists of a single volume knob, a tone knob with a push/pull coil-splitting function, and a 3-way toggle switch, giving you plenty of sonic options at your fingertips. The custom hardtail 6-saddle bridge ensures excellent sustain and precise intonation.
The guitar comes strung with uncut D'Addario EXL110 (.010" -.046") strings, a favorite among players for their balanced tone and reliability. Unlike many headless guitars that require specialized, cut-to-length strings, the NEXT Series is designed to accommodate standard, uncut full-length strings. This feature offers convenience and broader string selection options for musicians.
Finally, a deluxe gigbag is included to protect your investment and make transport easy.
Тype: Headless Guitar
A headless guitar is an electric guitar without a headstock, where the tuning machines are located on the bridge. This design reduces weight and balances the instrument, making it easier to play and more portable. Guitars of this type have a modern look and are popular in progressive and experimental music.
Finish: Satin
The satin finish is popular for its ability to combine the properties of both a glossy and matte finish. This type of finish provides a soft sheen, less intense than gloss but more pronounced than matte. This creates a smooth to touch, lightly reflective surface which gives an elegant and sophisticated appearance. The satin finish is ideal for those looking for a balance between visual appeal and convenience, as it can hide small imperfections and fingerprints better than glossy surfaces.
Body: Mahogany
Mahogany is a dense wood that produces a warm, full tone with rich bass and a strong mid-range. It is known for its excellent sustain and resonance, giving it a deep and round sound.
Neck: Roasted Maple
Roasted maple is a wood that has undergone a heat treatment process to increase its hardness, stability and resistance to changes in humidity and temperature. This material provides a clear, well-balanced tone with a fast response time and excellent sustain. Roasted maple also has a darker, caramel tone that gives the guitar an attractive appearance.
Fretboard: Indian Rosewood
Indian rosewood is a popular wood for fingerboards, known for its hardness and rich, dark tone. It offers a warm, balanced tone with excellent response and sustain. The Indian rosewood fingerboard is valued for its smoothness and feel, while offering durability and longevity. It is popular for its rich sound and aesthetic appearance.
Pickups Configuration: HH
The humbucker-humbucker configuration means that the guitar is equipped with two humbucker pickups. It offers a powerful, full sound with high output and low noise, ideal for rock and metal.
