Electric guitar with Soloist body shape from X Series that features sophisticated ergonomic design, ultra-fast playability and, of course, monstrous tone. Body of the instrument is made of basswood and features a neck-through-body construction and ergonomically arched top for playing blazing licks with comfort. Dual graphite reinforcement rods run the length of the one-piece maple neck with speed profile to fortify it against the extremes of nature, buttressing it against warping while a speedy 12”-16” compound radius rosewood fingerboard creates the ideal playing surface for fat riffs and easy chording near the Floyd Rose R3 Locking nut while gradually flattening in the upper registers for lightning-quick solos and wide bends without fear of fretting out. The fingerboard features 24 jumbo frets and pearloid piranha tooth inlays. Scale length is 648 mm, nut width is 42.8 mm. A pair of EMG active humbucking pickups – an 85 neck pickup and 81 bridge pickup – generate versatile, huge and high output tones for brutal distortion and clear, crisp cleans. Sound can be control via Master Tone and Master Volume controls with black dome style knobs and 3-position toggle pickup switch. Other features include a Floyd Rose Special Double-Locking 2-Point Tremolo bridge, Jackson 3+3 AT-1 headstock with Jackson-branded tuning machines, black hardware, single-ply black neck binding and NPS strings (.009-.042). A tremolo arm and Allen wrenches are included. Satin Black colour design with gloss poly finish.
