Nia Archives, born Dehaney Nia Lishahn Hunt in September 1999, is an English record producer, DJ, singer, and songwriter known for her innovative approach to jungle and drum and bass. Originally from Bradford, she moved to Leeds as a child and later to Greater Manchester, where she began creating her own music after being inspired by jungle documentaries and facing challenges with local producers. After relocating to Hackney Wick for university, she released her early EPs, Headz Gone West and Forbidden Feelingz, independently, earning widespread attention. Her 2023 EP, Sunrise Bang Ur Head Against the Wall, reached the top of the UK Dance Albums Chart, and her debut album, Silence Is Loud, entered the UK Albums Chart at number 16. Nia Archives is recognized as a leading figure in the revival of drum and bass since 2020 and has influenced artists such as Piri.
