The NUX VERB CORE DELUXE is a versatile reverb pedal offering 8 distinct reverb types to sculpt your sound. With intuitive controls and flexible bypass options, it's designed to enhance your musical expression from subtle ambience to experimental sonic landscapes.

• 8 Reverb Types:
  • Room: Simulates smaller acoustic spaces, providing a natural ambience.
  • Hall: Based on the legendary Lexicon 224, offering a lush, encompassing reverb with warm, organic decay, defining an entire era's sound.
  • Plate: Inspired by the EMT 140, this renowned studio reverb recreates reverberations heard in acoustic spaces, found on classic recordings.
  • Damp: Provides a huge and endless, warm and natural reverb sound.
  • Shim (Shimmer): Pitch shifts the reverb up an octave through each feedback loop, creating a haunting and other-worldly sound for experimental options.
  • Spring: Simulates the drippy and squishy sound of a spring tank, ideal for adding a bottom-heavy dimension and classic surf or Rockabilly tones.
  • Tre-Verb (Tremolo Verb): Combines tremolo and spring reverb, mimicking vintage tube amplifier sounds with warm tremolo and a full spring reverb atmosphere.
  • Mod-Verb (Modulation Verb): Blends gorgeous chorus with damp reverb, delivering a lush, ambience-soaked sound.
• Intuitive Controls:
  • Reverb Type Knob: Selects one of the 8 reverb types.
  • Decay Knob: Adjusts the duration of the reverb tail.
  • Level Knob: Controls the overall volume of the reverb effect.
  • Tweak Knob: Adjusts a specific parameter unique to each reverb type, allowing for detailed sonic sculpting.
• Toggle Switch Functions:
  • True/Buffer Bypass (Tail): Select "Tail" for Buffer-Bypass to allow reverb spillover when the effect is disengaged. "TB" (True-Bypass) means no spillover.
  • Tone Lock (T.Lock): Toggle to the "T.Lock" position to store and lock your current parameter settings. The LED indicator will flash GREEN 2 times to confirm, preventing accidental changes on stage. You can then engage or disengage the effect worry-free.
• Footswitch & FS Indicator: Press once to engage/disengage the effect. While engaged, the FS indicator shows "Red". When disengaged, the indicator turns off. Press and hold the footswitch while the effect is engaged to trigger the Freeze function.
• Kill Dry Function: This function provides fully processed signals without any dry signal, ideal for parallel signal chains (e.g., in an amp's parallel FX loop) or for reaching new levels of ambiance. To engage Kill Dry without a USB connection, hold the footswitch to boot up the pedal; the LED indicator will flash GREEN 3 times if engaged, or RED 3 times if disengaged (Normal).
• Connectivity:
  • In Jacks (1/4" TS): Standard 1/4" jacks for mono input. The pedal also accepts stereo signals using a pair of 1/4" TS cables for true stereo output.
  • Out Jacks (1/4" TS): Standard 1/4" jacks for mono output. Connect to the next device with a single cable or a pair of 1/4" cables for stereo output.
  • DC Jack: Requires 9V Negative Tip power with more than 150mA (power consumption is less than 110mA).
  • USB-C Port: For firmware updates. Connect a USB cable to a PC and hold the footswitch to boot up the device into DFU (Device Firmware Update) mode.
• Connection Applications: Can be connected directly to an amp's input or in the amp's FX loop. If using a parallel FX loop, Kill Dry will need to be engaged.
