The PRS Guitars CE24 series of electric guitars features instruments that stand apart from most other models of the brand due to their bolt-on maple neck construction. With the SE CE 24 model line, PRS CE electric guitars are now available to a broader range of players.

The mahogany body of the SE CE24 Slate Blue is enhanced by an impressive flamed maple top. The Shallow Violin carve brings the instrument’s playing feel closer to the more expensive American Core series models. The maple neck with a Wide Thin profile is fitted with a rosewood fingerboard featuring twenty-four frets. Bird silhouette position markers make navigation across the fingerboard easier.

A pair of 85/15 “S” humbuckers provides a clear tone with pronounced midrange. The sound can be adjusted using the volume and tone controls. Thanks to the push/pull tone control (coil-split), the guitar can also deliver clean single-coil tones.

The strings are anchored in a patented PRS tremolo bridge, while high-quality PRS tuning machines ensure tuning stability. The 2026 model series also introduces subtle cosmetic updates in the form of redesigned pickup frames and tuning key buttons known as Wing buttons. These are lighter than the metal hardware found on older models, allowing the instrument to resonate longer.
