Matched pair of two RØDE's NT5 premier small-diaphragm cardioid condenser microphones, sometimes referred to as 'pencil mics'. Intended for recording acoustic instruments, drum overheads, cymbals and live performances, each of these compact externally polarized microphones employs a 1/2” capsule, an active J-FET impedance converter with bipolar output buffer. The tight cardioid pickup pattern also makes them ideal for use as indoor dialogue microphones for filmmaking on a mic stand or boom. Each microphone features heavy-duty satin-nickel plated body and supports dual power operation (phantom +24V or +48V). Frequency range: 20 Hz-20 kHz. Output impedance: 100 Ohm.
