Produkt je super, ale komunikace e-shopu, jejich automatizované odpovědi, nedostatek informací pro zákazníka - neumí dát vědět, že dodání může trvat i několik měsíců. Takže si něco objednáte, ale nikdo vám neřekne, co se reálně děje, když zboží není skladem, jestli a kdy poptali u dodavatele, jak dlouho to bude ještě trvat…
