It provides twelve modulation machines, each with extensive control over sonic character and feel: Chorus, Flanger, Rotary, Vibe, Phaser, Filter, Formant, Vintage Trem, Pattern Trem, Autoswell, Destroyer, Quadrature. The sound can be adjusted with five front-panel tone shaping knobs: Speed, Depth, Level, Param 1, Param 2 (Param knobs assignable per preset); plus additional menu-driven parameters that deliver extremely flexible tone shaping options and versatility. The pedal further offers 200 easily accessible and nameable presets (save and recall at the press of a switch) and full MIDI implementation that allows extended control for users with more complex rigs. Other features include three rugged metal footswitches for preset selection, effect bypass, and Tap; Pre/Post Mode for flexible routing, allowing user to put the pedal in two different places in the mono signal chain; and LED display for preset info, BPM/ readout, and extended parameter control. The pedal is equipped with ultra low noise, high performance 24-bit 96kHz A/D and D/A converters and premium analogue front end and output section. The pedal provides stereo input and output, MIDI input and output, and an expression pedal input with selectable control over knob or combination of knobs, saveable per preset (also configurable as external tap input). The +8dBu maximum input level easily handles instrument and line signals. The pedal is a true bypass (electromechanical relay switching) but also offers selectable high quality Analog Buffered Bypass. It is powered with a standard 9V centre negative DC supply, 300mA minimum required (included), and features strong and lightweight dark blue anodized aluminium chassis with laser-etched artwork and durable black anodized aluminium knobs.
