The Avantone Pro CLA-400 Studio Reference Amplifier is an old-scale, high-performance, high-resolution dynamic system; class A / B amplifier designed in the classical way. Avantone has taken special care to create the amplifier in a traditional studio style, with generous VU meters, high-quality Japanese components and a serious toroidal transformer linear power supply. The CLA-400 implements a classic bipolar transistor design for a robust bottom end.

In a standard 3U rack chassis, this amplifier can generate more than 400 watts per channel up to 8 ohm load, making it ideal for medium to large speakers in a studio environment. The CLA-400 not only uses components without compromise, but is also cooled by airflow - no fan noise, so it can be used in the same room as monitors.

The CLA-400 was designed to pair with CLA-10 studio monitors, but can be used with almost any heavy speaker load. Very low distortion, stable performance in harsh conditions and open and transparent sound make it a clear choice for demanding studios requiring a serious dynamic range.

The CLA-400 Studio Reference Amplifier is designed for use in a high-performance studio environment without fan noise.
