Poppy seed oil. Colourless, slow-drying oil, carefully extracted and bleached from poppy seeds. It serves as a binder for creating oil colours and a medium to increase transparency. Its non-yellowing nature makes it particularly suited for mixing with white or pale colours, helping to preserve their brightness. This oil produces a slightly delicate paint film, so it is best combined with other oils, such as linseed oil, when mixing your own oil paints.
