Acoustic cajon that features a hand-crafted body made of rubberwood with an improved “box” design of the original Tycoon Crate Cajon. This unique design takes the instrument back to its roots: main inspiration for its creation were the African slaves in Peru who started to play on old wooden boxes. The cajon features a small drum located on the internal side of the front plate that delivers a different sound than standard cajons. It also features an “aged-wood” finish, four rubber feet that improve its stability and two additional wood plates on the sides which amplify its unique look. The front plate is 29 cm wide. Included are also tuneable strings and a tuner.
